We’ll work together to uncover your values and bring them in sync with your unique gifts and strengths to create the life you envision.  We’ll leave judgment out and get curious instead. Together, we’ll identify old patterns of thinking and behaving that aren’t serving you and replace them with sustainable habits that support your goals.

Why Coach With Me?

I’ve found that coaching sessions and written personal explorations have proven to be most effective in helping people make changes that are long-lasting and directly connected to their values.  Coaching sessions are done virtually via Zoom. Between sessions, clients respond to writing prompts and materials such as podcasts, reading suggestions, and my coaching notes.  In addition, clients are encouraged to be in touch by text or email for quick “check-ins.”
