Introductory Package
Includes 2 Get-to-Know-Me Sessions
(1 hour each)
In these 2 sessions, we will dive deeper into the coaching process and how we will work together to get you “unstuck” and designing the life you want to live. You will be responsible to schedule these 2 sessions no more than 10 - 14 days apart.
Please complete the 30 min Phone Consultation prior to purchasing this package.
Engagement Package
Includes 12 standard sessions
(1 hour each)
This package is appropriate for individuals who already know they want to make a significant commitment to a major life change. It begins after completing the Phone Consultation and Introductory Packages. I will ask you to sign a simple agreement and you will schedule, cancel or reschedule your appointments through the website portal. You are encouraged to allow no more than two weeks between sessions.
Completion of the 30 min Phone Consultation and the Introductory Package are required to begin this package.
Get Unstuck Today!
Add-On Package
Includes 4 standard sessions
(1 hour each)
These add on sessions allow you to continue working for 4 more sessions at a time on projects that may need more time to complete. I will ask you to sign a simple agreement and you will schedule, cancel or reschedule your appointments through the website portal. You are encouraged to allow no more than two weeks between sessions.
Completion of the 30 min Phone Consultation and the Introductory Package are required to begin this package.
Each package also includes approximately 30 minutes per week of my time to respond to texts, send relevant articles and homework prompts, etc. I accept credit cards, checks, or electronic payment. Payment plans are available. I do take some sliding-scale clients as my schedule allows.
Rescheduling and Cancellation Policies
You will be sent a reminder message 36 hours before your appointment.
Reschedule and Cancellations: You have up to 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel. You may rebook your appointment for the same week based on availability.
Late Cancellations and No Shows: You must cancel an appointment up to 24 hours prior to the appointment to receive a credit. Late cancellations and No Shows will not receive credit.
